Book Launch Events
"International Aviation Law - Regulations in Three Dimensions"
On the 20th of March, 2025, our colleague Attila Sipos' latest book was introduced to the public. The launch event was organised and took place at the Leiden University in the Netherlands. The book was published by Springer Nature Switzerland under the title: "International Aviation Law - Regulations in Three Dimensions".
At the launch event the author emphasized that although the book primarily includes practical experiences, in addition to serving the legal professionals, it also provides in-depth knowledge for those interested in the aviation industry. Several reviews have been written about the book, for example, one was published in the German Journal of Air and Space Law (ZLW) in Cologne and written by our researcher, Krisztina Tilinger, and a recommendation from the Wolters Kluwer publisher in The Hague, Air and Space Law Journal, is coming soon.
The boook launch in Hungary will take place on the 12th of September, 2025 at the International Air Law Conference organized by our Institute.
"The New Space Age - Legal and Policy Perspectives"
The launch of our Institute’s latest book ‘The New Space Age - Legal and Policy Perspectives’ took place on 14 November at the Liszt Institute of Hungarian Culture in Brussels.
At the book launch and conference, keynote speakers highlighted the main issues and current problems in space exploration and praised the newly published book. However, the insightful event not only featured expert contributions on the most pressing issues in space law, but also created an exciting discussion on the future of space exploration, sustainability and the peaceful use of space.
