Our reseracher, Krisztina Tilinger has been interviewed by the Students for the Promotion of International Law (SPIL, Mumbai) on emerging issues of international maritime law. The student organisation asked details about maritime spatial planning (MSP), especially how the EU legal framework and the national strategies are working in pratice and what are the future trends in this regard. The conversation touched upon the conflicting (economic and environmental protection) interests in MSP, questions were raised in relation to the relevance of the protection of critical infrastructure and data protection, and many more.
